Virtual meetings

Cooperation and communication will benefit from conference calls for virtual meetings among internal coordinators of partner institutions. The aim is to monitor and to share the advancement of the work plan.

Regular conference calls are planned according to the following calendar. Changes in dates can occur if deemed necessary:

  1. 15 October 2015: plan the work, draft preparatory documents.
  2. 15 December 2015: share information/opinions about Methodology and about Quality and Dissemination Plans; share the Kick-off meeting agenda.
  3. 15 March 2016: plan the adjustments on Methodology according to survey results.
  4. 15 April 2016: share the advancement of Methodology and share 2nd project meeting agenda.
  5. 15 June 2016: share the advancement of Map of contents.
  6. 15 July 2016: plan Re-contextualisation of contents of E-LOCAL courses.
  7. 1 September 2016: share the advancement of Re-contextualisation and share 3rd meeting agenda.
  8. 1 December 2016: share the advancement of production of new learning materials.
  9. 1 February 2017: share the advancement of new materials and 4th meeting agenda.
  10. 15 May 2017: share the advancement of new materials and organisation of June Multiplier events.
  11. 20 June 2017: share the advancement of new materials and the results of the Multiplier event.
  12. 20 July 2017: share the advancement of new materials and their technological implementation, share 5th meeting agenda.
  13. 20 October 2017: share the planning of pilot phase and update about technical implementation.
  14. 15 December 2017: share the advancement of pilot phase and organisation of January Multiplier events.
  15. 18 January 2018: share the results of the multiplier events and plan the piloting activities.
  16. 20 February 2018: share the advancement of the piloting activities and 6th meeting agenda.
  17. 7 May 2018: share the finalisation of revision phase and the agenda of the final meeting, and of 3rd multiplier event.
  18. 12 June 2018: share the agenda of the final meeting and organisation of 3rd multiplier event.
