Ville Jakkula

Ville Jakkula is an expert in interpersonal and intercultural communication. He has nearly two decades of experience in lecturing and knows ICT pedagogy. Mr Jakkula was the ULapland taskforce leader in the E-LOCAL project and the E-LOCAL for all project, leading the taskforce to successful results. He is also familiar with different online learning environments and mobile devices. He has held visiting lectures e.g. at the Murmansk State Pedagogical University, the Pomor State University in Arkhangelsk, Masaryk University in Brno, and the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torún. As he is the Director of Language Centre, Mr Jakkula is involved in both national and international networks of higher education institutes. He is also active in developing language and communication teaching in HE institutions.
